I discovered a program online many years ago. I signed up to a Microsoft account and discovered many options of programs. One of the fantastic programs I discovered was “One Note online” which is accessible through a website browser or phone at any time.  Create an account and away you go.  
I use it for all my planning and can link it with my online calendars
